Welcome to Uit den Vreemde

Uit den Vreemde is a fast growing import and export business in Eastern arts and crafts. We import directly from various Asian countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, India and Nepal.

In our shop you can find original gifts from afar but also exclusive arts and crafts from the east. In conjunction to this we house the largest collection of Buddhist and Hindu statues and figures.

Our collection includes: sensational Thai Buddha figures in bronze, Tibetan temple attire, silver-plated bronze figures from central Java, ceramics from Lombok, Ganeshas from India, impressive carvings from Bali, ritualistic objects and gold figurines from Nepal. We also carry a large variety of little 'must haves': camel bone boxes from India, incense holders, natural photo albums from Bali, numerous jewellery boxes, minerals, rings, necklaces, earrings and much, much more.

For the real enthusiast and collector Uit den Vreemde is a shop not to be missed and you are more than welcome to visit our shop in Haarlem (Kruistraat 20). At the weekend we can be found at the Beverwijkse Bazaar (Black Market in Beverwijk) in Hall 5, units 05465 to 05468.
